Hi everybody:

My buddy A is bugging me for a post, so here it goes. Life in SoCal continues to be just great, I had another spectacular weekend!! For me, any weekend that I can spend with the family, is great (which is pretty much every weekend, since I don't travel at all on the weekends). Also, if I can get some walking, jogging and bike riding in, life is just great! Took my 11-year old to the skatepark on Saturday morning, I drop him off, and I go on the dirt trail with my mountain bike (yes, this one has pedals), for a two-hour ride, home for lunch, then a one-hour nap, then to another skate park close to our house, for some more bike riding for daddy! Today Monday, my legs are suffering, they were really heavy this morning when I went for my little jog around my neighbourhood. Sunday pretty much the same, a little drive to see the horse, then a nice drive along the coast up through Dana Point, Laguna Beach and Newport Beach, then some more skate park and bike riding. Life is great!!! I also spent some time on the couch reading with my 7-year old, another one of my favorite things to do on the weekend. That coupled with a wonderful meat stew on Sunday, and life is perfect!!! I'm a simple man, and the simple pleasures suite me just fine. On Friday me and the boys in our band will have our first concert, at a funky place called the Brittish and Dominion Social Club, should be great (more on this next week). Anyway, a Micro-Manufacturing Conference/Convention in Los Angeles on Wednesday and Thursday, and the work week will be complete. More to come!!!
